Today, I’m chatting:
A few updates

Finding sweet nostalgia within the retrogrades at a Deftones concert
The upside of retrogrades
How I taught natarajasana (dancer’s pose) and eka pada rajkapotasana (one-footed king pigeon) using the 1-3-3 Method
Prep poses
Recovery poses
The messy, nuanced ways I teach class
Listen to it while you’re on a walk, doing your dishes, grooming your dog, or avoiding your weekend chores.

Yes! I offer private sessions.
I regularly coach yoga students and teachers alike in their practice. Lately I’ve been getting increasing requests for private sessions, so I thought I’d share the basics here. I offer 60-minute private sessions for the base rate of $100 each. I offer both private yoga lessons for students of any level and yoga teacher mentorship sessions.
